We found some drops on the windowsill and suspected termite. We called a few local companies from Yelp. Pro-pacific pest control was one of them. They have Daniel Clark came out the next day. Daniel was prompt and professional. He was very thorough and detail. He took his time to check all the areas and explain to us his findings and treatment recommendations. There was no sale pressure. We had a few other companies came out but Daniel had won our trust and business. We will definitely recommend Propacific Pest Control to our friends and family. Thank you Daniel for all your help!

We have used Pacific pest control for several years now, and are absolutely delighted with the service. Julian, is usually the gentleman who comes to take care of our home. They are consummate professionals, take their time, making sure everything is taken care of. They are not a rush and rush out type of operation. On the few rare times where we had ants show back up, they came out right away to take care of it. We highly recommend their service!

I highly recommend Pro Pacific Pest Control as they’re a very reputable company that meets your specific needs. I pay them quarterly to come and add some spray in my bedroom and outdoor areas (patio, roof, boards). I love that they use a variety of different sprays, for indoor locations their spray is safe for kids and adults but potent against bugs and other pests. I can rely on them to check if anything is afoot in my house. My tech Wyatt is amazing and he is constantly going above and beyond while inspecting my home, he found two hidden wasp nests and got it taken care of for me immediately. Additionally, he is consistent in communicating with me and keeping me posted on upcoming visits. I use pro pacific for spiders and ants and I’ve noticed quite a difference in pest visits after a few months. Check them out!

The technician that I spoke to over the phone and the one who came to my home were both extremely helpful and professional. They explained the process and answered all my questions. They were respectful to my home rules (no shoes in the home) and used bait traps indoors and botanical (eco-friendly) products outdoors. Great service for peace of mind!!!

If it were possible, I'd give Pro Pacific Pest Control 7 starsIve been with this company for almost 4 years. They never cease to amaze me with the level of customer service they provide. ALWAYS polite, ALWAYS respectful, and ALWAYS have great quality of service.My technician came today, with a text reminder yesterday and just before arriving. I called your company, Pro Pacific Pest Control, due to a persistent gopher problem I've been experiencing for the last 30 days. They were literally destroying my entire yard. Within this above time I saw approximately six to eight new gophers mounds a day. You sent your technician Curtis to address the issue immediately. And I have to say I was well-pleased. I love how the technicians are always friendly and helpful, AND PATIENT with me when I have questions, concerns, or requests. I also always love getting the reminder texts and 15-minute heads-up before arrival, so I can make sure I have my dogs locked safely inside. It’s always nice to feel “safe” stepping outside without worrying about running into any scary bugs or spiders! I appreciate bugs and spiders, but not directly in my doorway or in the house… I’ll avoid the trees so they can do their thing! But I love knowing I won’t get bitten just for sitting out on my patio on a nice night. :) Many thanks to Pro Pacific Pest Control!

From the time I first met Daniel Clark the inspector, I was very impressed with his professionalism and friendly demeanor. Daniel was knowledgeable, thorough and spent adequate time going over the results of his inspection. He has great regard to clients property and concerns. However, the inspection could not be completed as the garages have too much stored in the areas he needed access to. Had we known before hand the inspection would have been rescheduled. This was not covered in preliminary communications we had with Pro Pacific office. A method of instructing the clients of what is needed prior to visit would be helpful.

I’ve used Pro Pacific Pest Control 3x’s now and each time has been amazing. Their customer service is second to none. Because of the personal touch of technician Rich, PPPC are my go to “Pest Guys”. Really appreciated the communication of everyone at the company (we used both the terminate and rodent exterminators). Davis was great about keeping in communication with me, and following up. I called your company, Pro Pacific Pest Control, due to a persistent gopher problem I've been experiencing for the last 30 days. They were literally destroying my entire yard. Within this above time I saw approximately six to eight new gophers mounds a day. You sent your technician Curtis to address the issue immediately. And I have to say I was well-pleased. Curtis was on-time, extremely professional and courteous. He sincerely empathized with my problem and went to work. To this day I have not seen a new mound anywhere in my yard.Curtis exemplifies the foundation of true professionalism. I love how the technicians are always friendly and helpful, AND PATIENT with me when I have questions, concerns, or requests. I also always love getting the reminder texts and 15-minute heads-up before arrival, so I can make sure I have my dogs locked safely inside. It’s always nice to feel “safe” stepping outside without worrying about running into any scary bugs or spiders! I appreciate bugs and spiders, but not directly in my doorway or in the house… I’ll avoid the trees so they can do their thing! But I love knowing I won’t get bitten just for sitting out on my patio on a nice night. :) Many thanks to Pro Pacific Pest Control!

From the time I first met Daniel Clark the inspector, I was very impressed with his professionalism and friendly demeanor. He was very thorough in his inspection and spent the time needed to make his determination as to what repairs needed to be done . His team consisting of Steve who supervises all aspects of the job and has a keen eye for details and many years of experience along with Enrique and Yankee, who are also very good at what they do, made my pergola patio project run smoothly and efficiently at all times. Daniel was knowledgeable, thorough and spent adequate time going over the results of his inspection. He has great regard to clients property and concerns. However, the inspection could not be completed as the garages have too much stored in the areas he needed access to. Had we known before hand the inspection would have been rescheduled. This was not covered in preliminary communications we had with Pro Pacific office. A method of instructing the clients of what is needed prior to visit would be helpful.

I’ve used Pro Pacific Pest Control 3x’s now and each time has been amazing. Their customer service is second to none. Because of the personal touch of technician Rich, PPPC are my go to “Pest Guys”. I won’t call anyone else!Had to run some errands today was worried I’d miss the window. Called Rich, he tracked down the exterminator gave me a 30 minute window and I left to run my errands.Today’s tech came right on time. Addressed all my concerns: was friendly, responsive, safely handled the poison and was very professional.Look no further PPPC is the one to call!
